Fr. Henry Cuellar Jr. is a Manor ISD graduate. After high school, he studied social work and psychology and worked in the School District of Austin and Manor in Social Support programs.

He entered St. Joseph's Abbey and Seminary College in Louisiana and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. After his time in Louisiana, he then earned his Master's in Divinity from St. Mary's Seminary in Houston, Texas.

He served from July 2018 - October 2020 at St. William Catholic Church in Round Rock, Texas as the Associate Pastor, then from October 2020 - March 2021 he served as Associate Pastor at St. Anthony Marie de Claret Catholic Church in Kyle, Texas.

He was appointed Administrator of St. Joseph Catholic Church in March 2021 and named pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church on March 5, 2022.
